1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using StellarReadings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Description of service
StellarReadings provides personalized astrology readings, an AI coaching assistant (Luna), a daily journal, and compatibility analysis based on your natal chart. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Not professional advice
StellarReadings is an entertainment and personal development tool. Content generated by our AI is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. Astrology readings are for reflective purposes only.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@stellarreadings.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscription and billing
StellarReadings offers a free tier and a paid premium subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
6. Founder pricing
The first 500 users who subscribe are eligible for a reduced founder rate. This rate is locked for as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation forfeits the founder rate.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the AI outputs at scale; (c) impersonate another person; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service.
8. Intellectual property
The StellarReadings name, logo, and application code are owned by StellarReadings. Content you create (journal entries, coach conversations) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
9. Privacy
Your use of StellarReadings is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at stellarreadings.com/privacy. We collect only the data necessary to provide your personalized experience and never sell your data.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StellarReadings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
StellarReadings is operated by Xavier Vignon, auto-entrepreneur registered in France (SIRET 514 390 881 400 41). These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
